Darby's 3 Mesh (or 1/3" x 1/3" Squares) hardware cloth remains a highly demanded welded wire mesh for the customer who needs a specific opening size for his/her application. Much like the standard galvanized hardware cloth items, this specialty hardware cloth is strong and flexible, and it can be easily cut with tinsnips and bent and formed with your hands.
This specialty galvanized hardware cloth is a favorite for use in various agriculture related uses, like tree guards and pest control. Galvanized 3 Mesh is often used by bait and tackle enthusiasts who use this mesh for custom minnow traps and other similar applications.

Darby offers two variations of galvanized hardware cloth - our standard galvanized hardware cloth and our specialty galvanized hardware cloth. All hardware cloths are constructed in either a welded or a woven construction, depending upon the opening size and diameter wire.
Because of UPS Ground weight and size limitation, some rolls are unable to ship via UPS and must ship via LTL/Motor Freight Carrier.

Due to the complexities in the galvanizing process, wires may not be perfectly straight; while straightness may impact the appearance of the mesh, it should not impact its functionality. If "straight-ness" is a major concern, we recommend looking at another type of wire mesh, like stainless steel.
